N.O.W. (Nurturing Opportunities for Workforce) Program Agenda and Biomimetics

Program Overview
The N.O.W. program is designed to prepare eighth-grade students for the future workforce, focusing on academic enrichment, career exposure, soft and life skills, and economic empowerment. With a focus on Biomimetics, Founder, Terry Smith, Certified Biomimetics Instructor will address the social, educational and economic factors through a nontraditional approach. The program consists of three pilot phases, culminating in PSSA preparation and a six-week summer employment initiative supported by Partner4Work.1234 Street, New York,NY 10002
